Our Firm

Christian Financial Services is a partnership of Terry and Teresa Boyer.  This partnership was formed in 2001, although each has been involved in the world of business for over forty years.

We are an independent, Christian-based agency that endorses Biblical principles in our relationships with all of our clients and in the decision making for the future of our company.  Our firm guides our clients from an eternal perspective to determine and achieve their financial goals and objectives.  We strive to provide products and services that are valuable and cost-effective while upholding our firm's Godly vision.

Terry opened his first financial agency, Lakeview Financial Services in Stony Point, NC, in 1995 after moving to the state.  In 2001, Terry and Teresa purchased a tax preparation service in Charlotte, NC.  They operated this business under the name of Diversified Financial Services from 2001 to 2006.  The firm continues to service clients that were the backbone of the original tax preparation business started over 30 years ago.  We have enjoyed perpetuating this legacy as we see familiar faces each year as well as welcoming new friends to the neighborhood. 

In September, 2006, the office was moved to Huntersville, NC.  At this time, we also took  the opportunity to change our name to Christian Financial Services to better reflect our purpose of ultimately glorifying God and funding the Kingdom.
