Our Qualifications

Terry Boyer was employed by IBM Corporation and retired from there with 25 years of service. Employment opportunities have taken Terry and Teresa from Kansas to Maryland and to North Carolina.

Terry began his career in the financial services industry in 1995, after moving to North Carolina.  He has worked with several marketing organizations and is licensed to sell life, health, disability, long term care, and Medicare insurances as well as fixed and variable annuities in North Carolina and Michigan.  He is a member of the National Association of Tax Preparers (NATP) and a member of the National Association of Christian Financial Consultants (NACFC) where he has earned the designation of Christian Financial Consultant and Advisor (CFCA).  Members of NACFC are dedicated Christian investment professionals who are committed to the discipline of Biblically Responsible Investing (BRI).  Terry is also certified to teach the Biblical Stewardship Series Seminars.

Terry and Teresa are originally from Wichita, Kansas, where Terry graduated from Wichita State University.  They have been married over 40 years and have two wonderful daughters and sons-in-law and six grandchildren, including two sets of twins.  Their family has been a special blessing in their lives. 

Terry has served as an Elder in the Presbyterian Church (USA) since 1978.  Teresa has served as a Deacon, as well as other positions, in churches in Kansas, Maryland and North Carolina.  They have been active members of Centre Presbyterian Church in Mooresville, NC since 1995.
